This Limited Release swaps in a distinct high-rye mash bill on top of the usual Baker's treatment — minimum seven years in new charred oak, single barrel (so expect some bottle-to-bottle variation), bottled at 107 proof. Expect caramel, dried fruit, and vanilla to lead, with the higher rye content adding real spice and structure against the usual Beam nuttiness. A genuinely differentiated single barrel pour within the Beam lineup.
