Corzo Silver Tequila 750ml

Corzo is a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila produced in the highlands of Los Altos, Jalisco, distilled under NOM 1487 CRT. The brand built its identity around meticulous, small batch production rather than a family lineage story, distinguishing itself instead through an unusual distillation process designed to yield an especially refined, light bodied blanco.

Agave for Corzo Silver is harvested at peak maturity and slow roasted in traditional brick ovens before fermentation and triple distillation, a step beyond the double distillation used by most tequilas. Only a narrow center cut, or heart of hearts, is retained from each run, requiring roughly twice the agave typically needed to produce the same volume of finished spirit. Before bottling, the tequila is injected with small oxygen bubbles in a process meant to soften and round out the final flavor, resulting in a texture noticeably lighter than a typical blanco.

The nose offers sweet cooked agave layered with citrus, light vanilla, and floral notes. On the palate, cucumber and fresh agave sweetness give way to white pepper, herbal mint, and fennel, with a silky, creamy texture throughout. The finish is smooth and complex, closing on lingering pepper and a touch of sparkling spice.
