Engine Organic Gin 750ml

Engine Organic Gin was born from an idea by Paolo Dalla Mora, an entrepreneur with roots in the fashion and spirits industries, who built the brand around his passion for motocross and classic racing cars of the 1970s and 80s. The gin is produced in Italy's Alta Langa region, distilled by Torino Distillati, and packaged in a distinctive metal can rather than a traditional bottle, an unusual choice that reflects the brand's motorsport-inspired identity.

The gin is made entirely from certified organic Italian botanicals paired with organic wheat neutral spirit and mineral water sourced from the Alps. Five ingredients anchor the recipe: Tuscan juniper, Sicilian lemon, Alta Langa sage, Calabrian licorice root, and Damask rose from Piedmont. Sage and lemon oils are extracted separately, while the remaining botanicals are infused in wheat spirit for several weeks before the two components are combined and distilled under vacuum in a copper still, then rested again before bottling at 42% ABV.

The nose is creamy and aromatic, with bright citrus and fresh herbal notes leading into juniper. On the palate, sage and licorice take a central role, giving the gin a savory, slightly medicinal edge balanced by citrus brightness and a touch of floral sweetness from the rose. The finish is medium in length, warm, and gently herbal. It works particularly well in a Negroni, where its sage and licorice character add real depth.
