Ghia Original Aperitif Non-Alcoholic Bright and Bitter 500ml

A cult-favorite botanical aperitif founded in 2020 by Melanie Masarin, designed to bring the ritual of the aperitivo hour to non-drinkers without compromise. Made with a base of white grape juice and infused with a complex blend of adaptogens and botanicals including lemon balm, rosemary, gentian, elderflower, ginger, and lion's mane mushroom. Deep amber in the glass with a bittersweet, herbal nose of citrus peel, ginger, and botanicals. On the palate it is bright and lively — bitter, tart, and refreshingly complex, with a long, dry finish reminiscent of a classic Aperol Spritz without the alcohol. Best served over ice with sparkling water and a slice of orange. A sophisticated, grown-up option for the sober-curious or designated driver. Serves approximately 8–10 drinks per bottle.
