Following primary barrel maturation, all components transfer to coastal storage facilities near La Rochelle, where they continue integrating until bottling day.

The liquid pours a luminous golden hue with noticeable mahogany tints along the glass edge. Aromatic compounds emerge first as white spring blossoms and bright orchard fruits, quickly giving way to warmer layers of cinnamon bark and dried botanicals. The sip structure moves rapidly from sharp fruit acidity into a dense middle section dominated by toasted wood grain, supple leather, and a fine grind of cracked black pepper that lingers on the back of the tongue.

Annual production remains deliberately restricted, releasing only a few dozen finished casks per year to maintain exact concentration benchmarks. Each bottle rests inside a substantial glass decanter designed for direct service.
