Goose Island 2025 Chocolate Praline Bourbon County Stout 500ml

Part of Goose Island's annual, highly anticipated Bourbon County lineup, this variant takes the base Original Stout and layers it with cocoa nibs, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, and dates, built to evoke a classic chocolate praline. First aged in freshly emptied bourbon barrels (a blend of Buffalo Trace, Wild Turkey, Heaven Hill, and Four Roses, averaging 12 months) before the additions are worked in. Expect a nose of pralines, hazelnut, and baker's chocolate, with a full-bodied, oily palate delivering dark chocolate, bananas foster, and a rich burnt caramel finish. A genuinely dessert-like beer built for pairing with, well, dessert, and one of the standout releases in this year's lineup.
