Ketel One Grapefruit & Rose Vodka 750ml

Ketel One is distilled by the Nolet family in Schiedam, the Netherlands, a distilling tradition passed down through eleven generations since 1691. The vodka takes its name from Distilleerketel #1, the original coal-fired copper pot still that anchored the family's early production. Grapefruit & Rose launched in 2018 as part of a trio of Ketel One Botanical releases, marking the family's first move into a lighter, lower-proof style built around real fruit and floral botanicals rather than the traditional neutral vodka the brand built its reputation on.

Ketel One Botanical starts with the same 100 percent non-GMO grain base used across the Ketel One range. A botanical recipe is added to the vodka, which is then redistilled in small batches through copper pot stills for added smoothness and clarity. From there, naturally extracted essences of grapefruit and rose are infused into the spirit, with no artificial flavors, added sugar, or artificial sweeteners included at any stage. The finished product is bottled at a notably lower 60 proof than standard vodka.

The nose is bright and fragrant, led by juicy, zesty grapefruit with a soft floral lift of rose petal underneath. On the palate, the citrus stays vibrant and forward, balanced by a delicate rose sweetness and light botanical undertones. The finish is clean and refreshing, medium in length, closing with grapefruit zest softened by a lingering touch of rose.
