Ketel One traces back to 1691, when the Nolet family, French Huguenot refugees, established their distillery in Schiedam, the Netherlands. Eleven generations later, the family still runs the operation, with every batch of vodka personally signed off before release. Diageo acquired a 50 percent stake in the distillery in 2009 for 900 million dollars, though the Nolet family retains equal ownership and continues overseeing production. Peach & Orange Blossom belongs to the Botanical line, a lighter, lower-proof departure the family introduced alongside its classic wheat vodka offerings.

Ketel One Botanical starts from the same 100 percent non-GMO grain base used across the broader Ketel One range, redistilled in small batches through the family's traditional copper pot stills. Natural peach and orange blossom essences are then extracted and infused into the spirit using methods designed to preserve their character without added sugar, artificial sweeteners, or artificial flavoring. The finished vodka is bottled at a lighter 60 proof, distinct from the standard 80 proof used in Ketel One's core lineup.

The nose opens with ripe, juicy white peach, layered with the fragrant floral lift of orange blossom close behind. On the palate, the vodka turns smooth and clean, with the sweetness of peach blending seamlessly into subtle citrus and floral undertones. The finish stays crisp and refreshing, closing on a light, natural fruit character that avoids feeling syrupy or heavy.
