Lyre's London Dry Gin Non-Alcoholic Spirit 700ml

Lyre's launched in Australia in July 2019, the creation of entrepreneurs Mark Livings and Carl Hartmann, who spent three years applying food science and flavor architecture to the challenge of recreating classic spirits without alcohol. The brand takes its name from the Australian lyrebird, celebrated for mimicking the sounds of its environment, and Lyre's has gone on to collect hundreds of international spirits competition medals, establishing itself as one of the category's most awarded names worldwide.

Dry London Spirit is Lyre's take on a traditional London dry gin, built to lead with juniper the way a classic gin would. The liquid is formulated with natural flavoring, glucose syrup, and citric acid, then finished with quinine sourced from cinchona bark for genuine bitterness. Bottled at under 0.5% alcohol by volume, it's produced by Proof Drinks in England and comes vegan, dairy free, nut free, egg free, and gluten free, with zero grams of sugar per serving.

The nose opens with orange blossom, lime, and jasmine layered over firm, resinous juniper. On the palate, that same juniper and citrus character carries through, joined by earthy notes and a vinous depth through the mid-palate. Pepperberry brings a touch of warmth, and the finish runs generous and properly dry, closing clean rather than sweet. It's built to stand in for gin in a classic G&T or any spirit-forward gin cocktail.
