Made from the same mash bill as standard Maker's Mark (70% corn, 16% red winter wheat, 14% malted barley) and aged the same 6+ years, but bottled at 101 proof rather than the usual 90. Expect a nose of vanilla, soft fruit, and light spice, moving into a bolder, warmer palate of caramel, brown sugar, and dried dark fruit, with a medium finish showing a touch of oak. A limited seasonal release that gives Maker's fans a bit more heat and presence than the standard bottling.
