Despite the name, "Triple Cask" doesn't refer to different barrel finishes — it's a blend of three straight bourbons from three states: young Texas bourbon (distilled in-house in Blanco) for a pop of spice, Kentucky bourbon for vanilla and fruit, and older Tennessee whiskey for structure and tannin. Bottled at 94 proof, it's deep golden with refined vanilla, floral, and spice aromas, a surprisingly creamy, soft palate for the proof, and a warm, tannic medium finish.
