NV Bertolani, Alfredo - Reggiano DOC Lambrusco Rose Secco

A dry, frizzante Lambrusco rosé from Reggio Emilia, made from a blend of Lambrusco Salamino and Lambrusco Marani. Shows a pretty, light cherry-pink color with a fragrant, fruit-forward nose of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry, joined by floral rose petal notes. The palate is lively and well-balanced, genuinely dry despite the fruit-forward aromatics, with a crisp, refreshing finish carried by fine, persistent bubbles. A versatile, food-friendly sparkling rosé, equally good as an aperitivo or alongside charcuterie, salumi, and Parmigiano Reggiano.
