Initial fermentation is long and slow with an even longer maceration in stainless steel tanks. It's color is a beautiful deep cherry with violet overtones. It's abundant nose of forest greens, strawberries and raspberries is complimented by light spice. A soft, medium bodied wine with lovely soft, tannins that help keep the acidity perfectly balanced with delicious fruit"
