"The coastal town of El Puerto de Santa Mar?a enjoys mild weather all year round. This has a crucial influence on Finos aged therein since the flor grows in ideal environmental conditions. This fino, selected for its tipicity and genuineness, is aged under ?flor? in American oak casks for five years and bottled without any treatment.

Intense and fragrant. Full of iodine and sea salt aromas, reminiscent of seaweed and low tide. Very salty and marine, with the classic diesel-like aromas. Bone dry and pungent on the palate, with an elegant bitterness at the end. Powerful and very long, with dried yellow flowers at the end."
