Pal'alma Cupreata Capón Guerrero is an artisanal, small-batch agave spirit from Mexico. Crafted by master mezcalero Artemio García in the state of Guerrero, it uses Papalote maguey (Agave cupreata) that matures for 8 to 15 years and is harvested using the traditional capón technique.
