Petit Beret - Natural Botanic Gin Non-Alcoholic

Le Petit Beret was founded in 2015 in Béziers, in the south of France, by agrifood engineer Fathi Benni and sommelier Dominique Laporte, named France's Best Sommelier in 2004. Working in partnership with the French agricultural research institute INRA and a food preservation research center, the pair spent years developing a proprietary process that recreates the character of wine, beer, and spirits without any fermentation or dealcoholization involved, and the brand has since become one of the most awarded names in France's alcohol-free category.

Natural Botanic extends that same philosophy into gin territory, built around a small, deliberate set of classic gin botanicals rather than a long ingredient list. Juniper berry sits at the center of the blend, layered with cardamom distillate and coriander extract, along with natural flavoring to round out the profile. The finished spirit is formulated with zero sugar and zero alcohol, bottled in France, and designed specifically as a working base for alcohol-free mixology rather than a novelty sipper.

On the nose and palate, juniper leads with a dry, resinous character, backed by coriander's citrus-tinged spice and a gentle warmth from cardamom.
