Polini Dubai Style Chocolate comes from Polini Group Italia, a family business founded in 1967 in the province between Bergamo and Brescia. What began as a small operation has grown into one of the largest distillate, wine, and beverage producers in Italy and among the biggest in Europe, today turning out between twenty five and thirty million bottles a year across a portfolio of private label and premium brands sold in more than thirty five countries. The company remains under the direction of later generations of the Polini family, who pair traditional production methods with modern automated processes.

This cream liqueur takes its inspiration from Dubai chocolate, the pistachio and kadayif filled chocolate bar that originated in Dubai in 2021 and became a global social media sensation in 2024. Polini's interpretation is built on fresh milk and Italian cream, into which cocoa and pistachio flavoring are blended to recreate the dessert's signature combination. The liqueur is bottled at seventeen percent alcohol by volume and carries a rich brown color reflecting its cocoa-forward character.

The nose is intensely chocolatey, with warm cocoa layered over a distinct nutty pistachio quality. On the palate the texture is velvety and smooth, sweet and confection-like, with cream rounding out the finish for a genuinely dessert-style sipping liqueur.
