Torres is a family-owned winery and distillery founded in 1870 in Vilafranca del Penedès, Spain, in the heart of the Penedès wine region southwest of Barcelona. Now run by the fifth generation of the Torres family, the company built its reputation on wine but has become equally known for its aged brandies, which draw on the same regional grape stocks and generations of blending expertise. This 15-year-old brandy is distilled from indigenous grape varieties grown in the Penedès and matured through a solera system, a traditional fractional blending method that layers younger spirit into older barrels over time. The process concentrates flavor and consistency across each bottling, with the minimum age of the blend guaranteed at fifteen years before release. The finished brandy is bottled at 40 percent alcohol by volume.

The nose opens with dried fruit, vanilla, and a light touch of toasted wood, joined by subtle notes of chocolate and leather.
