Seedlip Notas de Agave Non-Alcoholic

Seedlip was founded in the UK in 2013 by Ben Branson, who drew on three hundred years of family farming heritage and a lifelong interest in herbal distillation to create what became the world's first modern distilled non-alcoholic spirit. The brand takes its inspiration from a 1651 text on herbal remedies, and it has grown into the top-selling non-alcoholic spirits brand in the United States, known for treating botanical distillation as seriously as any classic spirits house.

Notas de Agave, launched in December 2023 as the brand's fourth expression alongside Spice 94, Garden 108, and Grove 42, is built from six natural botanicals: prickly pear, lime, agave, vanilla, damiana flower, and peppercorn. Each ingredient undergoes Seedlip's signature process of a six-week maceration followed by copper pot distillation and filtration before the individual distillates are blended and bottled. The finished spirit is made in the UK, contains zero alcohol, sugar, and calories, and carries no artificial flavoring.

The aroma is herbal and fruity, with vanilla and citrus notes rising above the base of agave. On the palate, zesty lime and prickly pear come through first, bright and slightly tart, before warmer agave flavor settles in underneath. A gentle heat from peppercorn lingers on the finish, giving the spirit real structure rather than a flat sweetness. It's built to anchor agave-style cocktails, though it isn't a direct stand-in for tequila.
