Traveling all the way from Ribera del Duero, Álvaro Ruiz, export director of Pago de los Capellanes will be in the shop pouring a lineup that perfectly captures the depth, structure, and elegance that have made this estate one of the founding benchmarks of the region.
We have proudly supported these wines for many years and firmly believe they stand among the very best Spain has to offer. This is classic Ribera , powerful yet polished, deeply fruited yet impeccably balanced.
Álvaro will be joined by the now-famous Howard Friedman behind the table, and rumor has it there may be a “rare” surprise bottle opened during the tasting.
