The lineup  offers a vibrant exploration of Ireland’s rich single pot still tradition, showcasing the unique character and cask influence behind this iconic range, originally bonded by the Mitchell & Son family, who marked casks with colored paint to denote age—giving rise to the beloved Green, Yellow, Red, and Blue “Spots”.
