Chateau Marquis d'Aleseme is a third growth property located right next door to Malescot and Chateau Margaux (some fine real estate indeed!). A long-forgotten classed growth, this is a Chateau on the rise and it remains a bargain play (for now). That will not last! We opened a bottle here in the shop for customers to try Saturday and it was very well received. We recommend a bit of cellar time if you can but if not it shows very well after about 4 hours of air
