Vine age: 10-60 years old, ungrafted.
An introduction to the universe of Argyros whites. A blend of mainly Assyrtiko, with smaller proportions of Athiri and Aidani, sourced from relatively young vines, sixty year old or younger, and fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures. Atlantis White is a fresh, charming wine, made to be enjoyed young and not intended for ageing.

2022 Bagnol - Cassis BLANC (750ml)
Marsanne is the dominant grape variety (50%) complemented by Clairette Blanc (35%) and some Ugni Blanc (15%). The vineyards to produce the white wine at Bagnol cover a bit less than six hectares and are planted on a gentle slope of clay and limestone soil with a north–northwest exposure. After a manual harvest, the grapes are destemmed and pressed; the fermentation continues for three weeks in cement cuves at a temperature controlled 18 degrees Celsius; the wine is vinified completely dry. The malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve the freshness of the wine and the wine is bottled between May and July of the following year.

2023 Beaulieu - Picpoul de Pinet
This wine consists of 100% Picpoul (or Piquepoul) - a very popular, traditional local variety planted on sun-drenched hillsides called "costières" (coastal region) in the Mediterranean garrigue, near the Etang de Thau - a coastal lagoon situated between the port of Sète and Marseillan. The vines are 15-20 years old.
The garrigue is the name given to open scrubland made up of low-growing, dwarf bushy shrubs including holm oak, juniper, broom and wild herbs such as rosemary, thyme and sage.
The color is a superb pale yellow with bright hues. The nose is elegant, with aromas of fresh fruit and citrus fruit especially grapefruit. Well-balanced with typical focusing and zesty acidity.
A pure expression of the grape varietal, the wine shows how good Picpoul can be when grown on its favorite terroir. Our best value, this wine impresses novices and hardened geeks equally.
