From a single vineyard, the 2015 Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Poggetto di Sopra is a pure expression of Sangiovese. Only 3,000 bottles were made. The fruit is organic, and the wine ferments on ambient yeasts (whole cluster) with up to 25 days of skin contact. It ages in oak for two years.
