These vines, ranging in age from 55 to 80 years, produced just half of a normal crop in 2016. Dense, juicy and youthfully imploded, with its tight dark fruit and rose petal flavors conveying a strong impression of energy.

The palate is very well-balanced with crisp acidity, fine-boned tannin and a lovely piquancy on the finish. Utterly delightful and almost too delicious to cellar. Only 125 cases made.
