2021 Ramon Canals - Cava Brut Reserva Especial
This amazingly soft, delightfully crisp Cava is produced from white grapes only and is made in the traditional "French method". It spends more than 24 months gaining complex flavors and aromas during secondary fermentation before being disgorged and finally corked just before bottling. Only the finest of French champagnes are bottled in this manner known as "RD".
The special way in which Ramon Canals Reserva Brut is produced gives the wine a very round, easy to enjoy flavor with notes of pear and tropical fruit. These charming flavors make it perfect as a starter with cheese and other light "finger foods" and as a lovely pairing with shellfish and other light seafood. For holiday entertaining, this moderately priced "sparkler" is a perfect choice.

2023 Weingut Keller - Riesling RR
eller’s “RR” is one of those insider’s bottles. Normally, the wine is sourced from a rare red-soil parcel within the Kirchspiel. This cask rarely ferments totally dry and the Kellers have always enjoyed the natural balance of the wine. It’s what we’d call a “feinherb” – the wine is just a bit off-dry. Normally, you’ll see the bottle labeled as “Kirchspiel RR,” the “RR” denoting “Riesling” from the “Red” soil.

2023 Weingut Keller - Vom Muscheligen Kalk

2023 Weingut Keller - Muskateller Trocken
With the first real harvest from these vines, they weren’t sure what to do. Julia had her ideas, KP his and Felix his. And so they tried different things. About a third was fermented on the skins, a third saw just a bit of skin contact, and roughly a third was direct pressed. Muskateller is fragrant and aromatic, it can be intense, it can be light or dense, airy or rather plush. In other words, it can be a lot of things and they wanted to learn about what this new parcel of Muskateller had to say.
