The 2019 Chablis 1er Cru Montee de Tonnerre opens in the glass with notes of pear, green apple, wet stones, iodine and fresh pastry. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered, it's taut and concentrated, with bright acids and a long, saline finish. It's derived from holdings in Chapelot.
