Made from Nero d’Avola grapes grown in Chiarmonte Gulfi, and Ragoletti vineyards in the province of Ragusa on the Southern tip of the Island. Crafted as a light expressive style this organic wine undergoes a short temperature-controlled fermentation and a short aging in stainless steel tanks before release. A bright red violet color the wine has superb fresh red fruited aromas with a light vibrant elegance on the palate.
