A large single plot measuring 1 hectare, planted by “massal selection” (the traditional method of selecting suitable reproductive material from the best plants, in a particular farm or other holdings) in the 1930s on marly soil with southern exposure, on the border of the communes of Puligny-Montrachet and Corpeau.
