25% Saborinho, 25% Agronomica, 25% Aragones, 25% Touriga Nacional. This is a micro-production wine from the tiny island of Pico in the Azores. It is Sustainably grown in tiny plots (2 to 6 bush trained vines per square) planted in 1991 in volcanic soil at sea level, less than 50m from the Atlantic. This terroir and the varietal imbue this wine with incredible minerality and purity, as well as unmistakable salinity. Perhaps the most maritime rosé in existence.

The 2022 Morgon Côte du Py has another very attractive bouquet with just a touch more fruit intensity than the Côte du Py, wonderful mineralité and tension. Very composed. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, a little sturdier than the Cuvée ...
The 2022 Morgon Cuvée Corcelette has a crisp and delineated bouquet brimming with energy. Lively red fruit seems to leap from the glass. The palate is beautifully built, svelte tannins matched with a silver bead of acidity, very harmonious with a light...
The latest addition to Jean Foillard’s stellar lineup of Morgons comes from the Charmes 'lieu-dit', one of the highest parcels in the appellation. A truly fine wine, this cuvée features a bit more crunch with lots of bright acidity and a leaner, more min...
