The flavor is the result of a wise combination of various soils and origin names. Stored in noble, strong Limousin oak barrels, the Calvados gradually develops subtle aromas and its beautiful amber color, in a mysterious alchemy. The brandy breathes through the wood over the years, slowly losing its fire and progressively digesting the tannins of the wood  gradually gaining bouquet and aromas. Fine and fruity aromas with well integrated toasty notes. Well-balanced and fresh in the mouth.

Aspect: Deep ruby, slightly bluish red, dense because of the sugar content.
