Deep, well-infused amber green color. Unique, dark, under-forest and honey nose, smells of old memories. After ice-water is slowly added an intensely thick, yet reflective louche completely captures and reflects the undiluted green color on clouds. It is deeply perfumed with the wormwood, anise, and fennel, the Coriander brings warmth and chamomile balances its relaxing headiness. It is luxuriously thick, herbal, bitter-sweet and long on the palate. Very dominant in taste when mixed, Heritage Verte is best consumed slowly served via the traditional French Absinthe Drip method, or added to cocktails in well-considered dashes or rinses. Proof: 136
