Our original non-alcoholic apéritif is bright and bitter with hints of yuzu and florals. Fresh and satisfyingly bitter, it tastes like summer on the rocks. Just add bubbles.

Bitter, citrusy, and bright.
Our signature profile is complex and both bright and bitter, akin to an Italian amaro - we like to say it tastes like summer on the rocks. Sweet on the intake, with a fresh kick of Japanese yuzu, and the invigorating notes of lemon balm, orange and rosemary extract, with a slightly bitter and savory finish.

Our Magic Formula
1 part Ghia, 3 parts bubbles of your choice. Try sparkling water, tonic, or even kombucha.
