Palate Woody vanilla and lemon drizzle cake open the way, with sultanas and prunes in tow. Roasted malt and hearty oak bring notes of cacao and pepper.

Finish Cinnamon, clove, and warming layers of charred oak are joined by poached apple and vanilla custard.
