Ranked #37 in Wine Spectator's Top 100 Wines of 2023
2021 is a cooler and fresher year than 2020, even though both were very good. The 2021 Juan Gil (silver label) feels more harmonious, complex and deep than the 2020, as I noticed in most wines when I tasted both years; it's longer and more elegant, very c...
In a small hamlet named Amigny, Jean-Claude and his son Antoine farm 25 acres. Their land is partly made of “terres blanches” vineyards located closer to the village of Bué and partly of “Caillotes” parcels closer to Verdigny.
The terroir of the fifteen villages that make up the area of Sancerre is particularly unique in that the soil varies, so the wine flavors are slightly different.
For years the winery did not bottle much wines but mainly sold their grapes to more famous surrounding wineries.
Antoine who shows a clear talent for winemaking decided in 2016 to bottle cuvees from his best parcels of Amigny’s “Caillotes” which produces very floral wines with
cuvées from the “terres blanches” vineyards that bring structure and fuller body.
The result is a very complete, floral and full-bodied wine with a zest of mineral component.
Concentrated from Provence, Minuty M wines are selected in the purest Minuty style. A combination of freshness, respect for fruit and intensity of flavor. Everything about the M vintage locks in its balance and vibrancy. Jean-Etienne and Franc¸ois Matton primarily use Grenache for its elegant aromas, Cinsault for its freshness, Syrah for its complexity and a dash of seafront Tibouren for its delicate white fruit aromas. The idea is to lock in all the juices’ bright intensity. Notes of red fruit dominate the nose. The palate is greedy and round, with crunchy fruit. A slight sweetness tempers its liveliness. An introduction to the expression of Provence rosé.

Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish Whiskey. What’s that we hear you say? Well first we take the best of pot still and fine grain whiskeys. Then we triple distill them- not because we have to because we want to as it gives it its signature smoothness. Finally we age them in oak casks for a minimum of 4 years. It’s where we recommend starting your whiskey journey. How to drink it? Any way you like. Just add mates and widen the circle. Triple distilled, twice as smooth, one of a kind.?
Triple distilled, flame charred, for a rich smooth taste. Charring is an age-old method for invigorating barrels to intensify the taste. Jameson Black Barrel is our tribute to our coopers, who painstakingly give their bourbon barrels an additional charri...
