This blend of 70% Sauvignon blanc, 20% Sémillon, 10% Muscadelle is a textbook white Bordeaux that is wonderfully crisp and jut plain fun to drink. Shiarà di Catarratto is born on the slopes of the Madonie, in the northern part of Sicily.
The wine is made from 100% Catarratto grapes, harvested in October. Straw yellow in color, the bouquet has hints of pineapple, passion, and citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit. Fresh and persistent, these wines linger on the palate with a hint of spiciness on the finish.
