Kentucky- Bourbon Cream is handcrafted using Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon, making it a perfect marriage of rich delicious cream and smooth Kentucky bourbon.You can enjoy it chilled, on the rocks, or pour it in a cup of coffee for an indulgent after dinner treat.

This is now entirely made in house at the domain (rather than, as is commonly done, at a facility specializing in sparkling wine production). Minimum ageing on the lees is two and a half years, and the wine is subsequently disgorged upon order. Dosage is in the range of 6 grams per liter. Production averages 750 cases of 6-packs.

This selection of the best tanks of Sablet is produced only in select vintages. Very terroir-driven, structured and earthy. The kind of wine that could only come from the Southern Rhone!
