RAMON CANALS
We are thrilled that Ramon Canals is finally back for a visit. He will pour his famous Cavas as well as two fantastic reds from Montsant and Priorat.
Ramon Canals is the third generation of an illustrious family in Penedes dedicated to producing the region’s best Cava. He has trained at Moet& Chandon in France and Calfiornia. He has made wine in New Zealand and as the winemaker at Canals Canals his training and dedication have culminated in superbly styled Cava that is unmatched.
Here too we are tasting both ends of his winemaking skills and you will notice the same soft, rich style and glorious overtones of tropical fruit that make his wines the most “food friendly” we have ever come across in sparkling wine. He will be with us all during the tasting to help you enjoy his wines.

Pago de los Capellanes started a 2nd winery in Valdeorras to specialize in white wines from the Godello grape. This wine is 100% Godello grown on granitic soils near the village of Codos de Larauco.
