TASTING NOTE • Blend: Baco, Ugni Blanc and Colombard. • Appearance: Bright amber color. • Nose: Very delicate fruity nose of dry prunes with vanilla notes and smooth smoky tones. • Palate: Well balanced on the mouth with a great selection of primary flavors: white fruits, spices, with extremely soft tannins.
Maple and caramel aromas lead the nose. The first spicy sips smolder with cayenne and cinnamon, smoothed by vanilla and orange peel tones. The long finish offers mouthwatering hints of plum, ripe peach and a final echo of spice. — Kara Newman
