A blend of mainly Assyrtiko, with smaller proportions of Athiri and Aidani, sourced from relatively young vines, sixty year old or younger, and fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures. Atlantis White is a fresh, charming wine, made to be enjoyed young and not intended for ageing.
WINEMAKING: We harvest the best red pomegranates from Meghri region. Pomegranate juice (50%) and grape juice (50%) are blended then fermented. Two weeks of alcoholic fermentation at the temperature between 26°C to 28°C in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES: This pomegranate wine has garnet hue and a unique bouquet of rich pomegranate and berry aromas. Medium bodied, refreshing aftertaste.
